Zach and his team make what can be an extremely inconvenient and upsetting time a pleasant experience. APS was more than thorough and accommodating. Everything was well taken care of and our car looks brand new. We especially appreciated the calls we received to let us know where things were. It is clear that Zach puts customer service above all; he truly took time to make sure we understood all that was going into our repairs and to ensure we were completely satisfied. I can say with confidence that if we should find ourselves in need of repairs in the future, we will go with APS. I’d recommend them to anyone. Excellent service.   I delayed getting my car fixed because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle however Zach made the process with my insurance company seamless.   Rick did an excellent job repairing my car,   looks better then the day I bought it.  Nothing but great things to say about these guys. I had an accident which was very upsetting. When APS was recommended, I was encouraged. Without an appointment, I was greeted by Zach. He was kind and made me feel better. He assured me that he would make my car look as good as new.
When I picked up my car, I found my car as good as he said. However, my car looked even greater than that.
There was a Time crunch, my car was delivered in 2 days!
